  • New Fine: ₹1,000 plus licence suspension for 3 months

3. Driving Without Fastening Seat Belts

4. Using Mobile Phone While Driving

  • Old Fine: ₹500
  • New Fine: ₹5,000

5. Driving Without a Valid Driving Licence
